Fashion Week 04

The color tones in the Karen Walker line are a reflection of spring fever and those with equestrian skills.


Douglas Hannant creates perfectly apparel for a fabulous time in the Hamptons.


Imagine you're going on a safari trip to Africa but you want to look your best. Also, there's attire for all those oh-the-dread meetings in Cape Town. That's where TSE comes in. The strong cut and solid colors play a great part in this line.


J. Mendel contains amazing neutral colors with a few pops of tertiary colors. The flocks are the climax of this line.



The framework of marble and optic illusion are immersed in the Vera Wang line, giving an atmosphere of shiny, dramatized of upcoming quagmire. Ignoring a few bag sacks, she has it going.


There were some appealing designs by Jeremy Laing, however the lack of visualized melody left me wondering if the garments are intangible. However, Joanna Rodger reviewed: "The designer worked those structured folds to clever effect, creating both slim and voluminous silhouettes out of the high-tech fabrics he loves. A deep, asymmetrical fold was slashed across the length of a belted sack dress, leaving one side tented and the other slim as a blade of grass." I didn't realized it was high-tech fabrics, so i shall know that term will leave me itchy by looking upon it.



Baglike scrunchies seem to be one of Y & Kei's predicated assessment but it is not. With the horrible, inconvenient background that would be such a convenient in a kid's playground. However, there is a pure peacock-patterned flock that seem to calm everyone's main of focus.

Fashion Week 03

"Katharine Hepburn meets Audrey Hepburn," is how Lela Rose described her Spring look. It isn't my type but there are a few that wasn't constructed excellently. It's simple, sweet look full of delicate texture.


Grey Ant. I am positively this is the same model as the 'lost cause' on my previous post!
(sighs) the line was full of bad wigs.

I am eyeing the model's back, the structure of her top I like.


I enjoyed Badgley Mischka line. Fantastic silhouettes. Wasn't too fond of the swimsuit with an e-sumi in middle.


Alexander Wang was fine.


Carlos Miele's unique of patterns blown me away, I love the designs. Especially of the close-up photos which made it more likable.





I like Preen! the twists! I enjoy the weaves in the back. Definitely purr-able. This one whole outfit I love the most.

Fashion Week 02

Nicole Miller has channeled refined classic in her line. Some are gorgeous and elegant, as expected from the term, 'classic'. Gentle to look at; nothing wild about it.


Was aback by the line of Vena Cava; nothing of this has consistency. Style.com mentioned an adjective for it, "gimmicky," in which I agreed. A few I did went, "that could be good if only.."
This one is a lost cause.


ADAM (aka Adam and Eve) seems to impress me only because after seeing few fashion lines, i got struck with low expectations. So when I saw this collection, it shines of vivid illumination.
This reminds me of the Venice Beach of years ago.


I am flabbergasted at Alexandre Herchcovitch's line. The oversized clothes just does not look good. The god-awful vest was the source of my disfavor. ;_;


Yigal Azrouël was boring. Nice clothes, but I can get those cheaper at Target.


I always have uneasy anticipation for the Miss Sixty collection. I am hesitated about whether to like it whole or not. I decide to say that this isn't the worst season I've seen of them; but it isn't the best, neither. I am not fond of the mind-boggling brand name displayed on clothing.


Saving the best part for last, gorgeous Stam flaunting herself like whoa.

Fashion Week 01

BCBG Max Azria wasn't that impressive. Only a few that I like, for casual wearing. But nothing pops out. Tad bad make-up.

I gasped at Jessica Stam in Rag & Bone and realized I only gasped because she is Jessica Stam and not of her outfit. It turns out to be an 'alright' collection.

I was attracted to the pink-eyecandy pattern by Rachel Comey. Although, the old-modernized theme implicates a work of genius but i wasn't affected by it.

The flowy, soft response I get from Erin Fetherston's line was sweet and smoothing, but I don't see much of those that I would wear.

Then I saw runway photos of Abaete, and I applauded the distinctive lines of the line. There are a few that I would love to wear and the rest, I admired.






Dicker totally rocked this outfit, doesn't she?
